Different types of finishes can be obtained depending upon the requirement of the customer and the process adopted.
The different finishes can be obtained by varying the Parameters of the processes.
Satin finish : In this process the surface has a glittering effect and is mostly preferred where aesthetical views need to be improved.
Matt Finish : As the name tells this finish is totally matte in nature. With proper material composition milky white finish can be obtained on the surface.
Glossy Finish : This is a smooth surface with mirror finish, where the anodizing layer makes the effect permanent.
The Coating developed during this process is very hard in nature. We can achieve surface hardness upto 48HRC & Coating thickness arond 100 microns with
appropriate grade of material. Hard anodized components have tremendous increase in life against wear & tear and also very good corrosion resistance.
Colour Anodizing: After Anodizing components can be coloured in following ways.
Organic dyestuffs Colouring : Organic dye pigments can be used to colour freshly anodized components.
The components that undergo this process are usually not exposed to ultra violet radiations as the chances of colour fading is more.
yes have different degrees of fastness, and for any given dye the deeper the shade, the faster the colour.
Where fastness to light is important,dyes that have high fastness index should be used.
Inorganic Pigments Colouring : Many of the general operating recommendations given for Organic dyes also apply to inorganic Pigments.
Very limited colours can be obtained and the produced colours are more stable to light and heat when compared to organic colours.
Apart from Aluminium, Titanium can also be anodized. Wide range of colours can be achieved after anodizing.

Inward material and finished components are stored separately away from production area.
Finished components are packed individually using packing material to avoid damages prone to occur during transportation.
